The sun was high as Zone Ranger quick finished picking the bones of the dead nuns he grabbed all their water canteens and started to walk away the hole in his head where is there used to be hurting very badly, but luckily he could still hear the battle had taken its toll on him, he was hurting, but he was alive he picked up the key and started walking towards the far east side of the desert Wasteland he was glad to be alive but even being alive sometimes felt like being dead out here he knew that there was other was only injured it would smell the blood in the air and be looking for him he had to figure out some way to ask where he was going Hernandez made it hard for him to hide well he was doing what he was doing a huge Zone Ranger I just watched the board now that's one hell of a fighter he said but he is weak it would be easy to get his number he's not the only Ranger that was thinking that as they were watching TVs the battle of the nuns was incredible if you the Zone Rangers figured out that quick had something that the nuns wanted to them it must be pretty valuable it was like almost a given most of the Rangers that was watching stood up I'm headed out there's a couple of them that could not go across the zones but they bet with other rangers on the outcome of what would happen with Zone Ranger quick it was also gangs they had been watching and they knew that it any place quick went they would be betting in food so they two headed his way Lone Ranger quick had to find a place to heal up in the seed Vault would be the only best place to do it he could open the lock let himself in he shut the large steel door behind him it would give him a place to find food water Shelter and a place to heal up didn't take long before quick found the entrance to the big seed Walt he reached in his bag and took out the cross Key play sing it in the slot there was a groaning then the door began to open Quick made sure he took the key out of the slot when he entered the door closed behind him it was dark in there quick did not know what to expect so he took I was late and started flashing it on the walls trying to see if there was some kind of switch to turn on lights it didn't take but a second before he saw what he was looking for pull the lever and on Cave lights inside was huge boxes full of seeds food and other Essentials there was also a swimming pool like atmosphere quick could no longer stand as he fell into the pool the water was cold and it woke him up he floated there for a minute when suddenly he get here tapping on the outer door he wasn't worried cuz whoever was on the outside of the door was not going to be able to get in no matter what they did it was at least five foot thick of concrete so he was pretty safe inside quick took his clothes and strip down and hung his clothes out I'm one of the boxes he returned to the pool and stretched out inside of it begin to fall asleep outside there was a gathering of Zone Rangers and other people they did not know what they were looking at it did not understand that it was a seed Vault all I understood was it was some kind of shelter that was left over from the wars had they known what was inside they would not have started fighting each other like they did the hillbilly kid challenge Zone Ranger Stetson the fight was over within a second or so both Lee did each hitting their mark the other rangers just ignored as they begin their own fights gang members were fighting the Rangers as well it was Mass chaos and all the while the government was flying overhead shouting out who was winning what and why seem like the battles were about to end when Zone Ranger bear claw showed up with the Gatling gun and he weighed ways to most of the people standing around then he took out guards and started throwing them everywhere causing more damage somebody shot a bullet Hitting Zone Ranger bear claw in the kneecap dropping into his other leg blood profusely shot out of his leg lyric Lacoste Izzy Swan is Gatling gun around and realized that he'd have been out of bullets the game of Warriors started laughing and said you idiot and they started shooting you putting bullets through him like he was a pinata Lone Ranger bear claw drop to the ground dead the only ones that was left was just the warrior gang and a few others own Rangers who decided to take it on the lam one yelling better to fight another day right the other limping away because he had taken a stray bullet as well the Warriors stood back and then shouted let's try to get into this puppy and see if we can't get that Ranger and kill him

Do you believe in the Supernatural do you believe that things exist outside the realm of possibility it was the summer of 1959 my family was all gathered at my grandmother's house they were all playing cards and laughing as they always did Grandma was busy doing dishes the kids were in the living room watching TV as Darkness came on and the moon became High something strange is in the air Grandma spoke as she looked out the kitchen window into the backfield my mother asked her what she meant she said there's a chill of some sort I can't put my finger on it but look at the fog how it's rolling across the field coming towards the house my mother looked out the window she can see the fog rolling across the field and it was really thick the guys weren't paying attention they were busy yakking back and forth over cards that's when my grandmother gas and said look in the field there's something in the field out of the fog Was a Rolling Green mist and Beyond The Mist was what appeared to be a shadowy figure floating the figure was headed towards the house by this time it drew the attention of the men playing cards and they got up to look out the window to see what was going on as they looked all in the starts with the Mist started to take a form of form of the actual head like being it was it was green in color as it got closer to the house and stopped looking back and forth in the windows of the house my dad and my uncle or freaked out at what they were seeing in each of them grabbed kitchen knives out of the kitchen and one of them said let's go around I'll meet you around the other side of the house and will see what this thing is as they went around they could see this head floating near the window it was looking back and forth my dad took his kitchen knife in my uncle took his and they both stabbed at it in the air they're nice cling together as the thing screamed and just disappeared they could not tell what the thing was but for the rest of the night everybody stayed on alert the next morning nothing was ever found outside the house other than strange footprints in the mud

Zone Ranger quick knew he was outnumbered he had no other choice but to make a parlay with the white nuns look her he shouted I'm willing to share what we have here before zone Ranger quick could say anything else a black government helicopter flew overhead and someone on a loudspeaker started yelling 

we have another Zone fight here ladies and gentlemen 

Zone Ranger quick fights the white nun's overlords, who will be triumphant 

get your bets in now Zone Ranger quick-must at himself damn it now I'm going to have to play this through 

white nuns were surrounding him, there were 10 of them left, they were shooting their guns in every direction trying to cut him down zone Ranger quick took his gun and set it for laser Seeker 

this bullet would Ricochet off of each Target that it hit, all he had to do is wait for a couple of the nuns to get close to each other, once that happened he quickly pulled the trigger 

the Laser Seeker flew towards the first nun hitting her in the chest ricocheting off of her and hitting another white nun in the arm ripping clean off  he set the seeker again 

one of the white Nuns were real close to him now 

just as he was about ready to pull the trigger she came down hard with her sword and sliced off his ear screaming and reeling from the pain he turned, and he pulled the trigger the seeker found its Mark hitting white nun smack-dab in the upper shoulder blowing it apart you white nun's that were left started yelling Retreat sisters Retreat and ran away screaming he's killed too many of us we must regroup the helicopter that was flying overhead shout it on the speaker it's a draw ladies and gentlemen it's a draw quick has done it again he's survived another battle Lone Ranger quick stood up holding the side of his head with his hand or his ear used to be it was a clean-cut he had his medical bag with him, and he started to use it on the side of his head cussing again as he looked at the surrounding ground it was white and red the white nuns had become the red nun he thought all of them Massacre dead and for what for a stupid key that would probably never be used he could have saved a lot of trouble we just negotiated with him, he went to their bodies picking up different things that he could use never let things go to waist he said to himself now he had to flush food from his battles a missing ear and a leg wound is still hurt like a dick and says he walked, but I was lucky to be alive but for how long you wandered because you knew there was another Ranger coming for him the ranger was a big man named bear claw 

gun part 9 the battle with the White nuns

Two weeks after Zone Ranger quick was standing in the desert looking over the Wasteland he was thirsty and pulled out his Compass to look get his bearings there was a lot of chatter going on as he see little creatures running back and forth across the sand he did understand them a little bit but not sure how that was Winnie made of small sound one of them come running up to him he asked do you know where water is freshwater open creature quickly turned around and ran on two legs back towards the way he came quick you that there's water back that way but that's not where he wanted to go wanted to go further out you knew that the key was for the seed Vault and he had to go further out to find it he could have given a seat vault key to the government and bought himself a free ticket out of this Wasteland but then again he couldn't trust the government anyway they were known to meet Ricky and some of them said the government didn't even exist anymore it was just men dressed up like officials playing the game like everybody else was no one knew for sure what was what but he knew that is smoke wagon guns were attached to his hips and wouldn't come off and they were still clicking down every time he killed somebody but somebody had to be doing something there couldn't be just this and that nothing else Zone Ranger quick took a long sip of his water it was the last if he's going to take out of that canteen it was empty he could have thrown it away but he reattached it to his belt figuring if I was lucky I will find me another water away somewhere out here that is freshwater not contaminated by radiation he had a geiger counter on him that would register radiation and had already gone up a couple of notches knowing that the air around him was not safe he had to find a safe Zone I knew also that the white number behind him pretty close trying to hunt him down they blamed him for the death of their sister not knowing probably the whole truth as to what took place they weren't to be trifled with they were very deadly some of them knew martial arts and other skills such as Ninja abilities it was said they came from a sect out in The Boondocks cater to Shaolin Temple monks needless to say whether they could do things or not he knew that he had to get away further and further into the desert waiting on her quickly on his tail the mother of the white nun boat sister she can't be that far there's no water from here to the next galaxy and there is no way he'll make it there the Galaxy used to be an old skating rink for kids with go skating with their families but now it was just a dead hole in the ground with little spring that run from it that was fresh water but it was smack in the middle of nowhere if you went one way or the other you might miss it one of the nuns decided to cut out and go deeper into the desert or the other ones arrested she was a scout she was on the trail of quick when she saw something in the distance it was a hat sitting on a stick she did not understand what this was but she decided to investigate it as she got close to the Hat suddenly she heard a voice from behind saying don't move she raised their hands and you said I presume your Mister Zone Ranger quick The Zone Ranger Quicks said quietly I don't want to kill you but I will go back and tell your sisters to leave me alone the white nun laughed we can't do that you have something of ours The Zone quick shook his head and said you're mistaken this was given to me by a friend the white nun laughed and said our sister was no friend of yours you killed her Lone Ranger quick shook his head no she was killed in a battle Zone Ranger battle but not by my hand but I'll let you know that the one that did kill her is now dead his name was Firefly the white man said if that's true just give us what hours who will let you live Lone Ranger quick was not stupid he knew the reputation of the White nuns they were Killers plain and simple but then again so is he after a hundred or so battles he couldn't come himself anything less battles that had scarred him several times over it was amazing that he was still alive so you know and I know what this is he said has he held the cross up the white nun looked at him instead so you do know what that is my sister must have told you quick could have kicked himself in the behind as he realized while he was talking to the white nun her sisters were sneaking up on him quick quickly jumped to the side as a Chinese shrieking Hulu past his head clipping his ear the waiting on started to shout sisters he's here don't mind your quick dodged another barrage of shrieking you tricky winch he grabbed his smokewagon and set it to Stars and shot towards the first none that he had been talking to she tried to dodge but did not make it as the Stars cut her in half body drop to the sand he can feed several nun coming over the hill they're white Silhouettes made them look like ghosts Lone Ranger quick quickly Drew grenades and through them towards the White nuns coming one after other a few of them ran right into the grenades causing them to explode bursts of Red Mist the desert sand is now staying with black and red goo one of the nuns have made it close to Zone Ranger quick pulling out her sword she swung it directly at his face quick quickly raised his smoke wagon gun blocking the sword from connecting with his face quick swing his hand back and pulled his other gun out shooting her directly in the face then he grabbed your body and used it as a shield as another Beret of Ninja Stars full his Direction working out all that zone Ranger quick shout it out I don't want to kill you all let's talk 

GUN PART 8 THE OVERLORDS ZONE WHITE NUNS REVENGE

The white nun stood looking at what was left of the three corpses is it there one asked no the damn thing isn't here sisters and these plotted scum are not the zone ranger Quick

Are you sure, asked another older White Nun? Yes mother his smoke wagons guns would be here, maybe someone picked them up

Not way out here, do you think Zone Ranger Quick knows what the cross is? No, if he figured out it's a key to the food fortress seed vault we found, He would have turned it into the government for a free pass to zone one and a new smoke wagon gun number 

We need to get revenge for our sister and get back what our Mother at all costs, The older woman shook her head saying she stopped being our sister when she stole the key for herself

but even so, she didn't deserve to die at the hands of Zone Ranger Quick 

The news said she started the gunfight said she approached the zone Ranger  first and tried to have words with him when Zone Ranger FireFly showed up sister jumped up and shouted a warning to Zone Ranger Quick

just as zone ranger FireFly pulled out a huge smoke wagon Gatlin gun and shouted Quick I want your number

Bullets started flying the white nun gave Lone Ranger quick just enough time to duck under the table as the wall behind him was filled with lead the white nun did a quick cartwheel barely escaping the bullet spray quick rolled to one side on the floor and opened up his arm Derringer gun he quickly pulled the trigger shooting in an upward Direction 1 bullets smack Zone Ranger fire fly right in the left eye they sent him reeling backwards screaming you got my eye, but I'm going to get your head don't need your bear claw quickly pulled out 40c like weapons that were connected to each other shouting Here Comes the Pain pulling the trigger he started shooting at the floor or quick was quick rolled over once more back behind the table grabbed a hand grenade in whipped it over the top of the table bear claw didn't know what hit him it exploded taking his head clean off big body fell to the floor twitching as his Gatling gun kept spinning making a rolling sound quick stood up and went to say something to the white nun only to see that she was dead one of the stray bullets it's trucker in the forehead killing your dad that's some quick noticed that she was holding something on the floor by her left hand it looks like a cross he shook his head and picked it up didn't know you for very long you said, and it's a shame to this thing here in my hand might have gotten us both out of this godforsaken town I guess I owe you thanks for saving my life before quick could do anything else there was a whole crowd of people gathered screaming Lone Ranger quick is done it again he's taken out another Ranger he's the best there is he just learned me 500 barrels of ketchup enough stop the government agents as they came in all bets are final you must take your food items to The District 9 office he handed quick a razor and said to him this is another chance for you to go up to the Zone 1 this razor will get you into the zone Overlord congratulations one Ranger quick thought to himself congratulations my, but the overlord zone is full of Cutthroats and gang members, and it's also a wasteland, but they're moving in there now they think that I can probably stop most of the gangs there one of the game's is who I was just talking with the white nun's there should have come hunting me now thinking that I had something to do with their sister's death maybe she wasn't their sister after all for stealing what she stole they're going to want it this Silver Cross anybody knows that I have this I'm just as good as dead anyway because that's not what it really is quick thought to himself he knew what it was he knew that this could save a lot of lives, but it also may put the government out of business all he had to do is just keep his mouth shut and move on that's all he had to do

GUN PART 7 THE WHITE NUNS OVER LORDS ZONE

 

The fly buzzed around the hat of the ruff-looking man who sat staring at the distance as a lone figure walked out of the heated nuclear wast land. The man could not see the figure features only his outline 

he was some distance away. Sweating at the fly he stood up and motioned to a man crouched down behind some old burnt-out cars and another man upon the fare roof of a burnt-out boarded up house.

It s him he called to them.

Are you sure asked the man crouched behind the car/

No, I'm not sure! But who else would be walking into a town like this out of the wastelands It's got to be him!

If it ain't him who gives a dam we still do what we planned right.

The man on the roof looked at the heat waved silver of the man coming.

You know they say he’s fast.

Say the craters in the wast give him a wide birth.

Say he an’t natural something out of nightmares

The rough man licked his dry scabbed lips waved the man down back into hiding

Stop scaring your selves he’s just a man like us a survivor.

But not for long. Do you think he has the stuff

Asked the man behind the car.

The silver of the man now was coming in to focus

Lean haggard hungry-looking head down a big bag slung over his back leather jacket torn dusty rough-looking sad

Yea the man said again swatting at the fly he’s the one and he has the stuff.

The man stepped into the road as a strange-looking lizard-like creature screeched and ran under a house the Man looked down kicked at the dirt dam things give me the creeps he looked up the man coming their way was gone

What the hell did he say where did he go?

The other men from the house stood up I don’t know Jake he was just right there

Tommy, you see where he went the man asked the man behind the car.

Tommy didn’t answer he was just staring blankly

The man walked over asking what the hells the matter with you?

The man behind the car was still dead blood gushed down from a huge slice in his throat

Oh shit,  The man turned and shouted to the man on the roof Tommy’s dead.

The man on the roof fell off in front of jake his head was missing

Jake spun around searching every direction his mind was terrified as he spun to face a huge gun pointed right at his head The man holding the gun had narrow gray steel eyes squinted shadow eyes cold as death. Said don’t move or put a hole as big as Kansas in it.

Jake spoke look dude I was just sent here to deliver a message to you from the Overlords yOU know the WHITE NUNS don’t kill me!

The man holding the gun to his head said in a deep dry voice

Well, Mailman what is it!

Jake said in a shaky voice they want what you got they want the stuff and if you don’t give it up they will hunt you down and take it.

The man with the gray eye’s pulled the trigger Jake didn’t have time to think as his brains burst out the back of his skull.

The man with the gray eyes turned around before jakes body hit the ground and said the message delivered

He walked over to the man with no head and flipped him over in his upper pocket was a pack of ciggies the man took them and put them in his sack after he searched the other two taking whatever he could use or trade.

The lizard creature screeched and several other lizard creatures came out flicking their tongs the man smiled and knew by the time anyone came looking for these guys all they would find is bones nothing goes to waste in this world nothing.

The Lizards hesitated for a moment as the man bent down and made a strange sound which meant thank you for letting me know they were here.

The lizard retorted back in a screech-like sound your welcome.

Thank you for dinner.

The man stood and walked away as they moved in on the dead corpses. The lizards had a language much like most of the creatures leftover from the wars People in their own world just didn't pay attention zone Ranger Quick Looked in his sack inside was a silver Cross a week ago he killed one of the Overlord White Nuns She had it on her and He took it Which now put a bounty on his head There were about 50 White Nuns all crazy very dangerous and deadly with guns and swords 

GUN PART 6 The Legion of Zone Ranger Bear ClAW

 

It was around the month of February.

The snow was flying hard outside a small shack-like bar in the middle of zone Ten.

Someplace in the Tennessee Mountains.

When the door to the place opened and a huge giant of a man walked in.

It was unusual for anyone to be out at that time of night in the zone expressly with all the killers.

So when this man opened up the door and came in stamping his feet shaking off the night's cold.

All those inside eyes were on him.

The huge giant moved over to a table in the corner and removed his coat.

The bartender and everyone in the room saw attached to the man's waste lots of weapons and a few sacks.

However, what caught their attention the most was the giant Smoke Wagons.

The numbers on them were as plain as day. This Giant was a Zone Ranger and he was a killer all right.

The Smoke Wagons guns had the number Four on them.

Whispers started up like wildfire around the room.

It’s a Zone Ranger one old man said to a bar madden.

She whispered back So the Wild Bunch will kill him once they know he is here.

Others whispered he must be one of the best in the zone look at the numbers on the Smoke Wagons there are only three away from being Number One.

In that zone, it would be an exciting thing to have a Giant Zone Ranger like this one around.

The last Zone Ranger by the name of Dukes that came through was killed about six years ago by some killers in the zone that called themselves The Wild Bunch Drifters that had taken over the zone killing and doing all manner of evil.

Zone Ranger Dukes showed up to take them out.

He had heard of the bad zones.

Knew if he could tame a few of them.

His reputation would build as well as his odds in the betting pools.

For the people around in his zone.

Maybe better food would be shipped in each month by the government.

Maybe Zone Ranger Dukes thought that he could make his Zone better safer. Even the odds between bad guys and good guys. Make other gangs and killers think twice before coming into his zone.

However, he ended up getting ambushed late one night by the wild Bunch Drifters.

The Cut off his head placed it on a sign out front.

With a warning to other Zone Rangers that might come looking to make a name for themselves.

It worked for six years not a sight of a Zone Ranger till this giant of one stepped through the door.

In fact, his Zone Ranger Dukes Smoke Wagons were still outside on the ground where they fell.

With the sign and skull of Zone Ranger Dukes over them that read anyone dares touch these Smoke Wagons and thinks of taken up the law of the Zone Ranger will be dead as this Zone Ranger duke is now!

So in six years no one had come by and picked them up or dared to.

The Huge giant of a Zone Ranger shifted in the small chair that he sat in.

It made a creaking groaning sound under the man's wait.

The Bar madden came over and asked can I get you something Ranger?

The Man looked up and it was the first time the bar madden saw his face in the light.

There were five long scars on it from forehead to chin. She stepped back at once she knew what Zone Ranger this was.

It was Zone Ranger Bear Claw!

Anyone who was anyone from all over the zones knew of Bear Claw.

It was said that this Zone Ranger was so tough that he broke the neck of a grizzly bear with his own two hands.

Before the bear died it swiped him in the face with its claws.

Leaving him scarred for life.

Giving him the name Zone Ranger Bear Claw when he picked up the Smoke Wagons around ten years ago.

The story went that Bear Claw killed as many Zone Rangers also many out Laws in the zones in the ten years he has been a Zone Ranger.

He is allowed to travel around nine Zones of the wastelands.

Were many Zone Rangers only are able to travel two Zones by their numbered static.

The Numbers on His Smoke Wagon guns were a testament to the story of Bear Claw.

Zone Ranger Bear Claw pointed at some cans of cat food and a half galleon of cold milk.

The Bar Madden nodded then before she walked away to get Zone ranger Bear Claws food she had to ask.

Are you here for the Wild Bunch Drifters?

Bear Claw reached down picked up the sacks he had and opened them up.

The Bar Madden girl looked inside and her eyes grew large as she saw the ten heads of the Wild Bunch Drifters in the bag.

Then Zone Ranger Bear Claw closed the bag.

The bar madden said in a shaky voice ill get you your food right away.

It was like an alarm after serving Zone Ranger Bear Claw his supper whispers were flying around the room.

Someone called the zoning office and related the tail that the wild Bunch drifters were all dead.

Before Zone Ranger Bear claw had finished his meal of cat food and milk someone was Screaming out his name.

Some idiot had picked up the Zone Ranger Dukes Smoke Wagon Guns.

It was over in a second.

The numbers on Zone Ranger Bear Claws guns clicked to three and the New Zone Ranger of forty-five seconds.

Lay dead on the floor with a hole in his chest that was the size of a dinner plate.

The idiot never got the chance to make a name for himself!

Zone Ranger Dukes Smoke Wagon Guns now lay inside the bar instead of outside.

It was a new story to be told and sensationalized.

Someone turned on a GOVERNMENT BROAD cast as people gathered around.

The newsman yelled we just got word that Zone Ranger Bear claw took out another gang of bad guys and another New Zone Ranger that had no name who challenged him.

Easy fights to be sure.

However, these things are nothing compared to last week's battle between the Cobra Kid and Zone Ranger Quick from zone five. 

It also reported that Zone Ranger Quick was in a battle with Zone Ranger Razor Shard.

However, there is no news as to the outcome of that great battle yet. Other than a challenge has been made.

Zone Ranger Bear Claw shook his head and sat back down he wanted to see this fight. He had heard of Zone Ranger Razor Shard.

A dirty fighter who used missals, grenades, and anything that was able to be tossed at a distance to avoid combat up close.

Then he would after the battle take a Razor and carve his name in the body of those he killed. Cut off an ear or fingerer as a trophy.

He was a show-off waving to the crowds screaming he was going to be number one when his Smoke wagon guns were listed at Five hundred.

Most of the kills he had done without any of the Zone Rangers knowing he was even challenging them.

He liked big guns to just take women he saw on the street and use them and then kill them.

Zone ranger Bear Claw had him on his list. However, he thought this might be interesting to watch.

Zone Ranger Bear Claw had not heard of this Zone Ranger Quick before.

It was because he was such a high number that their cercal had not crossed.

Yet it was interesting to hear that the betting going on was so high for a relatively new ranger to the game.

He would have bet on Razor Shard easily.

Yet people all over were saying this Quick was the one to place your bet on. One guy said I’ve seen Quick fight he is dam good.

He won me two months' worth of food and I know he can do it again. My bets on that Quick kid.

Well, others shouted that the odds were against Zone Ranger Quick and they were betting on Zone Ranger Razor Shard.

The Place got silent as the Government newsman shouted Oh my god the battle is on!

Bear Claw watched in utter amazement as Zone Ranger Razor opened up with a spray of star pins.

The Zone Ranger Quick grabbed a broken refrigerator door and used it as a shield then peppered the place with cone balls that took out the lights.

For a second all that could be seen were sparks in the darkness then it was quiet.

People were yelling what happened as the betting went mad.

Some were yelling five pounds of sugar on Zone Ranger Quick

Others were screaming Bull Zone Ranger Razor Shard won! Quick is dead!

Ten bags of beans on Razor Shard the bartender yelled at the betting counter.

The Old man by Zone Ranger Bear Claw shook his head saying Dam I thought the Zone Ranger Quick had it in him.

I guess my ability to pick them just is not what it used to be.

Zone Ranger Bear Claw shook His head.

Saying It's not over.

The Old man turned to the television well they seem to think it is.

Just then the Government newsman came on screaming sorry folks for the technical difficulties.

One of our main cameras was hit with a star pin.

The fight is still going on we now take you to our man on the street.

This brought more screams and a whole new round of betting as the television flashed a few times then this crazy guy's face showed up on the screen.

Zone Ranger Quick shouted back still in working order.

Another hail of gun Fire than the sound of clicking.

People in the bar started yelling Zone Ranger Razor Shards out of bullets.

After that it was over everyone who betted on him was screaming and cussing as they heard the Government newsman say.

What an upset ladies and gentlemen Zone Ranger Quick just walked up and dropped a grenade key in Zone Ranger Razor Shards' hand then said as he walked away I’ve put the grenade close to you Razor Shard.

You might be able to put the pin back in it before time runs out.

Razor Shard screamed out no and it was over there was a super loud explosion and parts of him were blown all over the place.

Razor shards Smoke wagon Guns landed right next to the Government newsman.

For a moment the whole bar was quiet then it was like a made house as people started screaming and shouting.

The old man that was complaining a few minutes before to Zone Ranger Bear Claw

Was now on his feet screaming did you see that no one and I mean no one is as good as Zone ranger Quick.

I was just telling the Zone Ranger Bear Claw here that Zone Ranger Quick wouldn’t let me down and I won me a bunch of food.

One man that had just lost on Zone ranger Razor Shard Stepped out from the crowd and shouted shut up old man and give me your winning bet ticket.

No, the old man shouted its mine I won it fair and square.

The Man grabbed the old man's hand that held the winning bet ticket and pulled out his knife and stabbed the old man.

The old man fell to the bar floor bleeding out.

He watched the man walk away with his winning betting ticket.

His last words were its mine I tell you.

I won its mine.

No one did anything they just turned back around.

Zone Ranger Bear Claw got up and walked out looked back and said under his breath. The fool should have shut up and just waited till later to cash in with all these half-starved lice-ridden people he was bound to get killed 

GUN PART 5

 Mostly just the killing aspect.

Whatever the reason the Zone Rangers were it.

I picked my guns up in a moment of anger and revenge.

I wanted revenge for my lost girl's life.

It put me in the dead pool.

People betting on when I'll bite the bullet.

You know get killed slip up.

I have had one hundred Smoke Wagon gunfights now.

This Zone Ranger will make one hundred one.

He wants my zone Number position.

Some Zone rangers I found were really good.

It was hard to kill them getting out with my skin in tacked.

Others died within a few hours after picking up their Zone Ranger Smoke Wagon guns by gangs or by other Zone Rangers wanting to travel out of the designated zone.

I don’t know this guy's motivation as to why he wants to challenge me.

I guess I don’t care.

This Zone Ranger pulled his Smoke Wagon guns on me.

Started to pull the triggers.

I moved fast flipping up the table I was sitting at.

Dove just as a stream of oozy-like bullets cut a path in the drywall behind me.

I drew my guns and flipped the switch to star pins.

Star pins are small sharp spike steel stars.

That when shot spread out in a huge pattern and anything in their way gets shredded.

I shouted out to the Zone Ranger that he had better jump as I pulled the trigger.

The guy didn't get the message.

The star pins tore a nice path across his lower legs.
The blood splatter was crazy as the wall and two people who were watching ended up clapping and screaming awesome!

When the blood hit their clothing.

In the Background wagers and betting was going on like a madhouse.
One thousand cans of dog food on Zone Ranger Quick.
The dog food was a hot item to people in the zones where they had only rice to eat.

Hell, it became a delicacy.

A lot of restaurants were charging an arm and a leg for a half can of Alpo!

Another person yelled out twenty bags of flowers on The Cobra Kid Zone Ranger.

So I thought that’s who I am fighting as I dove under another table. When the Cobra kid let out a scream as his legs fell out from under him from the star pins.

The Cobra kid was screaming something out in an unintelligible voice.

Between pain and cussing.

I realized it was my chance and I took it.

Pulling back the hammer to my Smoke Wagon guns I set the setting to dust and tossed the Left Smoke Wagon next to the Cobra kid.

Then Jumped out of the window.

People that was watching saw the count down and started to run.

They all knew what was going to happen.

The Cobra kid Started screaming trying to crawl to the door.

He didn’t make it!

The whole place was lit up with a huge explosion of firelight.

Anything flesh in the place was vaporized to dust.

Those people that were watching and didn’t run along away died with the Zone Ranger Cobra kid

Their last moments were watching their flesh turn to powder leaving their bones to fall to the ground like black charcoal.

The military and government men were screaming did you see that ladies and gentlemen what a hell of a battle.

Zone Ranger Cobra kid is dead and once again Zone Ranger Quick is the winner.

What a fight all losing bets have to be paid to the lady in district Office nine before the end of the day. If not you know the rules any unpaid bets by anyone will be a death sentence.

One thing about the government when it came to people paying their bets. They were dead serious.

I heard some guy didn’t pay what he owed on time and the Military broke into his house that night.

Killed every one of his family and well it's just stories.

However, in this world, it's possible that they were chopped up and fed to the poorest of poor zones people.

Like I said there are just stories.

Congratulations on those who bet on the Zone Ranger Quick another government man shouted.

I had to go in get my Smoke Wagon gun then keep moving.

After that, for days the battle was broadcasted over and over on every news station in the worldwide Zones. Shouting that my odds went up I had just taken out my one hundred and one Zone Ranger in battle with Quick thinking and even quicker reflexes.

The fact was like most battles I got lucky.

At any time those Zone Rangers I killed could have killed me.

They just made mistakes.

However, the government had to keep the crazed game up and popular so the more sensational they made the battles.

The better crowds they drew in with more gambling.

It was sure to bring trouble my way.

GUN PART 4

 

They call me Quick!

I am a Zone Ranger living in the year 2027 the world full of cutthroat killers and all sorts of crazed out people who prey on the weak!

The biggest entertainment around is the Zone Ranger government-sponsored Smoke Wagon Gunfights.

In the old days, people worshiped their sports stars and movie stars.

All those things like Television sports and movies are now gone.

After the wars started and drug on and on then the great economic collapse of 2024.

The world just went mad from riots to food raids.

Jobs and just normal life stopped people lost everything and could not get it back. THEN THE VIRUS CAME

Cars homes every bit of money. Gas stations were a thing of the past as well.

So many closed cities became ghost towns.

Then the fresh water and food crises came to top it all off.

Then there was horrible weather from freak storms that killed whole populations.

There is hardly any food left in the United States.

There is little work most of the young people are sent off to war.

Those left faced gangs who took up residence in the empty cities there was no law anymore.

Then what was left of the government decided something had to be done so the Zone Ranger games began.

Implemented to stop the pure lawlessness.

In a few years, things started to come back a bit at a time.

The Zone Rangers became not only the only law in the world.

However the greatest show on earth. Tricked out Smoke Wagon guns!

Colorful characters with fancy names arose out of the dust of the Apocalypse to take up the name of Zone Ranger.

The more popular the government Zone Ranger program became.

The bigger the explosions the more death and people getting killed the better the world's people liked it!

It was a mad insane system for a mad insane world but it worked.

What food that was left was dolled out to people in monthly portions.

However many people felt it was not enough to get by on.

So they started betting it on the Zone Ranger battles.

The idea caught on like wildfire.

The Zone Ranger fights gave power back to the people.

The government implemented the policy anything goes in Zone Ranger fights. 

The one world leader saw a food horse so they opened up government offices.

Betting sights to keep track of who won Zone ranger battles. Who lost Zone Ranger battles.

The new Zone Rangers would pick up the Smoke Wagon guns.

The Zone Rangers made up laws at the drop of a hat and there was the thing that the new Zone Ranger instantly became a superstar who got anything he or she wanted free.

This was the best deal anyone could ask for in a world where no one had anything unless they stole it or killed for it.

The government capitalized on the idea and decided if these crazies were killing each other anyway why not let it happen but in a way that the good people left could get something out of it.

Great way to keep the world population downsized yet keep it going as well.

The United States was divided into state zones.

Of which some state zones were better than others.

The better zones had more food more freshwater.

Only allowed the best of the best Zone Rangers to walk their streets low numbered Zone Rangers.

That is why the Zone Rangers battled each other they in many cases wanted that low number to get out of the bad zones.

Zones where life expectancy for anyone living in them was only a few days months year at most.

In good zones, the only weapons allowed were the Zone Ranger Smoke Wagon guns. In Good Zones 

huge walls stood high built with all kinds of protection to keep out gangs, 

Drifters, Sick people, and basically any undesirable that tried to get in.

The good zones were always under attack by those who wanted in but could not get in.

The good zones were much like the world of the past used to be. 

People had barbeques went to work and lived under the protection of Homeland security which meant the best of the best Zone Rangers.

In the good zones, the Zone rangers only battled each other once in a while to make room for the new Zone Rangers that made it to number one static.

The Zone Rangers in those good zones had to prove they were worthy of staying in the Zones. If they lost well they were dead.

The highest rank a Zone Ranger hoped to achieve was one thousand kills and then he or she could go after the one true world leader if they killed the leader's armies and him the Zone Ranger would become legion and the new one world leader.

In my lifetime I have never heard of any Zone Ranger achieving that position of honor.

Not to say some didn’t get close.

However, were killed in the process.

In bad zones there usually were about One thousand Zone Rangers running around at any given time.

The population of gangs and their weapons is around sixty-five thousand.

Drifters and just plain killers are Uncountable.

Makes for a lot of betting and Smoke Wagon gun battles not to mention side fights.

People always picking up dead Zone Ranger Smoke Wagon guns for their chance to get out or just get food or in some cases revenge.

GUN PART 3

I guess you can say what comes around goes around because Crazy Eye's spun around to see Big Shot Bill and Shouted out. 

You Zone Ranger try to sneak up on Crazy Eye's.

Before anyone knew what was going on bullets and all manner of hell were breaking loose.

Crazy Eye's quickly pulled his Smoke wagons and pointed them straight at Big Shot Bill and started shooting.

Before Big Shot Bill could react his right arm just exploded as a missile round hit it.

He screamed and skinned his other Gun with his left hand and started shooting wildly!

Things were blowing up everywhere!

Shrapnel was flying into windows.

Crazy Eye's dove behind a row of caned Vegetables as a streamline of Bullets cut the cans in half.

Crazy Eye's screamed out to Big Shot Bill as bullets flew past his head like mad hornets.

That's impressive but not good enough Big Shot Bill!

As he rolled out and blew a small missile at Big Shot Bills head.

Big Shot Bill dogged the missile.

It flew through the store door and hit a passing street bus that had a bunch of screaming passengers in it.

With a huge boom, the bus blew up!

Spraying body parts and more shrapnel everywhere hitting bystanders.

You would have thought people would have run away from the place.

However, the sounds of a Zone ranger battle drew a huge crowd very fast.

All excited as to the deathmatch between two well known low numbered Zone Rangers.

Betting started taking place over loudspeakers.

If they bet on the right Zone ranger to win.

They could feed their families for a week.

Big Shot Bill pumped out a few grenades with his good arm.

Only keeping up by the adrenalin his body was now pumping.

They blew the far wall of the store apart along with the face of a check-out lady who did not duck in time.

A few government men and military showed up outside and ordered everyone to stand down.

Yelling in A loudspeaker we got a Zone Ranger battle going on folks going on down here.

Everyone place your bets feed your families for a week if you are a lucky winner.

Big Shot Bill was losing a lot of blood.

As he stumbled over to the damaged era to see if Crazy Eyes was still alive

The only thing left was just Crazy Eye's head his body was totally destroyed.

In one big smear of blood and gore.

His smoke wagon guns were still smoking laying in a pile of rubble and started clicking wildly as the number reset itself to one thousand.

Big Shot Bill sat down holding his arm as his gun clicked to number twelve.

However, it was then that my girlfriend came out of hiding she accidentally made a sound behind Big Shot Bill.

Big Shot Bill Spun around lifted his gun and shot her in the head.

My mind seemed to snap as I shouted “No Oh God No!

I was not sure what made me do it.

I grabbed up Crazy Eye's Guns and yelled out Big Shot Bill you’re a dead man.

I'm Challenging your right to wear those Smoke Wagons GUNS.

Big Shot Bill looked as if at that moment he knew how Bushy Beard felt when he shot him.

However, it was only for a moment because I had pulled the trigger of the Smoke Wagon and filled Big Shot Bill with about Fifty Bullets.

The government men ran in yelling who won the fight?

Bill did yell a woman excitedly!

Then that kid Quick as heck grabbed Zone Ranger Crazy eye’s guns up.

Filled Big Shot Bill full of holes.

The government man turned to look at me and said

Well all right then we have a New Zone Ranger here. QUICK

We can call this Smoke wagon fight a draw! 

Then he turned and yelled in his blow horn no winners here it’s a draw.

However, this zone has a new Zone Ranger.

Say hello to Zone Ranger Quick!

Shouts and cheers arose as my Smoke Wagon gun number turned to 999!

So that's how I became a Zone Ranger.

Now there was this guy calling my name Quick!

I asked him what name he went by.
He laughed!
